Quarters are $6.25 per pound of unprocessed (hanging) weight of your animal. Keep in mind that every animal is different, and total cuts may vary depending on what thickness and types you choose. Our hanging weights typically average between 500-600 lbs, in which case a quarter would average $780 - $930 for 75 - 100 lbs of beef. Upon ordering, we will provide a blank “cut sheet”, go over all of your available options, and will help answer any questions you may have.
