Halves are $6.00 per pound of unprocessed (hanging) weight of your animal. Keep in mind that every animal is different, and total cuts may vary depending on what thickness and types you choose. Our hanging weights typically average between 500-600 lbs, in which case a half would average $1,500 - $1,800 for 150 - 200 lbs of beef. Upon ordering, we will provide a blank “cut sheet”, go over all of your available options, and will help answer any questions you may have.
