Our steaks are typically cut 3/4 - 1 inch thick, and PACked with flavor from ideal marbling. If you’re looking for a specific cut or quantity for a group, please let us know!

Sirloin (PAC Family Meats)

This steak comes from the top hind quarter right beneath and above the Tenderloin. Very lean and flavorful, these are best grilled or broiled to medium rare.
